Privacy policy

This policy explains how GPOMAS Facilities Group ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you use this website or contact us.

What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, postcode or address, details of the property and the service you need, and any photos you send.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange and carry out the cleaning, take payment and keep records we're legally required to keep. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter into a contract with you, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use trusted service providers to run the business, such as our website host (Netlify), which processes form submissions, and messaging and booking tools. They only use your data to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries that don't go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as we need them for the service and for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To do this, call 07833 825979. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
